Upstairs there is a HUGE BONUS ROOM with room for all types of activities. The other two are generous sized bedrooms where the one is huge!! GENEROUS SIZED closet space!! Garage has lots of additional storage that I can leave if you would like. The SCREEN PORCH IS A DELIGHT! WITH CATHEDRAL CEILING and a pretty ceiling fan. We added a LARGE EXTENDED DECK. GAS GRILL CONVEYS. We had extended the gas line - so no more trips to get propane!! FENCED and gated yard with trees along the back perimeter. I won a free MAGNOLIA TREE that is being cared for by a nursery - free for the year to ensure it stays healthy and roots well. How lucky was that!! I forgot the inviting front porch and pretty crepe myrtles out front. Great neighbors as they help me out- I have left the garage door opened at night a few times and will receive a text reminding me. Also, my left turn signal was on and I got a text about that. So glad as my battery would have been dead in the morning. I am appreciative of neighbors watching out for me. One time my trunk was opened and someone stopped and closed it for me and knocked on my door to let me know. Nice. You can call my HOME YOURS!! COME ON NOW!! YOU WANT TO.
